In the event of damage to the piece, June will repair the ring at the client’s expense. Once the ring has been shipped back to us, we will inform the client of the charges before performing the repair. If your ring has been damaged due to severe impact, please contact us. We will work with you to provide the necessary repairs at a fair rate and swift timeline.
The client is responsible for all shipping charges during the warranty period and after.
After the one year warranty, we would love to continue helping you maintain your ring! Any work needed on the ring would come with a customer discount for life. Any work on a June ring done by another jewelery store (including sizing) will void the June warranty.
June will only provide repairs for our own pieces, and not for jewelry purchased elsewhere.
Please note, all fine jewelry can be impacted by normal wear & activities. Rings need extra attention since they’re on our hands and exposed to so much on a daily basis. While 14k gold is very suitable for everyday wear, good care & maintenance will help your ring maintain its durability over time. We recommend that you have us, or a local jeweler inspect your ring annually and keep up on any recommended maintenance such as cleaning, polishing, and prong upkeep.
