Aubrey approached June with a custom ring in mind. She loved the Ivory band and Mesa setting and wanted to combine these details with a unique stone. Spoiler: a scissor cut diamond.

The Design Process
We started Aubrey’s custom ring with all of her favorite details. Her personal design consultant created a digital mockup with the Ivory band, Mesa setting, and an elongated stone. She loved the look, but wanted the stone and prongs to be more prominent. We increased the height of the setting slightly to achieve this look.
Next, Aubrey selected her stone. We presented a few unique options and she caught eyes for a scissor cut diamond. The stone was elongated with a distinct criss-cross sparkle. We finalized the design by adding a Euro shank base for comfort and stability.
Into Production
Aubrey reviewed her design with June’s 3D rendering software. After her final approval, the ring entered the production stage. Our goldsmiths were hard at work crafting an exact replica of the digital renderings with her chosen premium materials: a 3.28 carat lab diamond and 14k yellow gold.
